It is native to China and is currently also distributed in Japan, Vietnam, and India. Dwarf Lilyturf Root is a common Chinese medicine. Modern pharmacological research shows that Dwarf Lilyturf Root contains a variety of ingredients such as steroidal saponins, alkaloids, sitosterol, glucose, amino acids, vitamins, etc., which can fight fatigue, scavenge free radicals, improve cellular immune function, lower blood sugar.
