On July 16, the 2025
"Training Course on the Development and Application Technology of Functional Foods in Developing Countries and the Application Training Course on Microbial Fermentation Technology in the Food Industry in Developing Countries" hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and organized by the China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute Co., Ltd. came to Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. More than 50 government officials and technical experts from Cuba, Nepal, Uruguay, Gambia, Nigeria, Thailand and other countries came to TECH-INNO Health to have in-depth exchanges on the development and application of functional foods.
The project uses the "Belt and Road" initiative as a link to inject new impetus into international cooperation. By systematically sharing China's innovative achievements in the field of functional food research and development, as well as mature experience and advanced solutions in microbial fermentation technology, it accurately helps countries along the route to improve the overall technical level of the food industry, and also provides strong support for the high-quality development of related industries.
Since 2024, TECH-INNO Health has undertaken this project for two consecutive years and is a continuous learning and training site designated by the state.
